TOUCHSTONE COMMITTEE (TC1975) originated in 1975 as a public advocacy group; assembling a catalogue of Scholars; who remain in the shadows as guides to these matrix values of Human Rights and Obligations.
The TC1975 work has generally been to focus upon civil / political and the human rights / obligations within the domestic society of Canada. This has been a good pursuit; rewarding due to the general populace high regard to the "social contract" - of being good stewards to Mother Earth; as well as practicing a significant modicum of respect for one another.
